The Avalon at Clearwater
THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER is locataed only 7 minutes away from the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach. It is a gated community with a heated swimming pool, gym/fitness room, clubhouse which has internet access from 9:00AM to 1:00PM but closed on the weekends, more than ample parking spaces, public transportation is within walking distance and so is the grocery store and restaurants.
The patio has 2 anarondek chairs, 2 footstools, and 2 small side tables, and there is a card table and 2 folding chairs in the locker right on the patio for you outdoor dining pleasure, there is also a charcoal grill in the pool area for community use. This unit is located on the 1st floor facing the pool which is very scenic, the unit has basic cable and you can get internet services but at your expense.
The Avalon is centrally located just about in the middle of St. Petersburg and Tampa and within driving distance of all the theme parks i.e. Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Busch Garden, Adventure Island, etc. You couldn't ask for a more perfect location!
Once you view all the pictures of my condo you will see how beautifully decorated and clean it is, you will not be disappointed. There is also a security guard on the premises.

PRICES VARY AS THIS IS A WEEKLY, MONTHLY OR ANNUAL RENTAL YOU MUST CALL TO GET PRICING.
There is a security deposit of $500 and $112 cleaning fee which is required up front to secure the rental, if for any reason you have to cancel you will not receive any of the above back.
There is a 12% tax (7% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) added to the quoted rate. Electric and water will be charged for full monthly rate any stay less than 1 month will will be prorated at a daily rate.
If you bring a pet there is a $250 non refundable pet fee
There is a $25.00 application fee for any rental under 30 days and $50.00 for any stay over 30 days which is made payable to the Avalon At Clearwater.
